Registration
The registration includes access to all technical sessions. Only papers with registering author(s) and presented at the conference will be included in the finalized proceedings that can be accessed online at IEEE Xplore.
For early bird discount, please register before May 10, 2018. Authors should complete registration payment no later than May 10, 2018 for papers to be included in the proceeding.

A full registration can cover up to 2 papers, but a student registration can cover only one.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation before May 20, 2018: 50% refund.
- Cancellation after May 21, 2018: No refund.
- All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to zhengyi@pkusz.edu.cn
- No refunds will be given for non-attendance.
